Operation Description:

The digital transformation project represents a systemic transition to a highly digitalized production and business environment. It focuses on the digitalization of key processes through the implementation of ERP modules (production and costing), automated data capture, and the elimination of paper-based operations. The project includes strengthening the data strategy, developing employees’ digital competencies, and upgrading cybersecurity. At the same time, it promotes energy and material efficiency and supports the development of new, data-driven business models with higher added value. The objective is to enhance the company’s sustainability, operational efficiency, and competitiveness.
